About the SPARK AWARDS

Considered one of the world’s great design competitions, THE SPARK DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE AWARDS recognise the work of professionals who are active in different fields of design. The contest was created to highlight and recognise multiculturalism, globalilty, multidisciplinarity and design-for-all as objectives for products and designs that are brought to market. Its foundational objective is to promote a better life through design and to acknowledge the work of designers who are responsible for many of the changes that have made our lives easier. Professionals and companies from over 40 countries around the world attend the ceremony.
The competition is sponsored by such companies as HP, CORE77, IGF, HKDA, ArchNewsNow, Archinect.com, Autodesk, Curve and BDI together with companies with such well-known projects as BMW, Mazda, Boeing or Chevrolet.
